Join the Counseling4Kids team in running or walking the Honda Los Angeles marathon, 2 Person Relay or LA 5K.  Let Counseling4Kids help motivate you each mile! Each step you take in the Honda Los Angeles Marathon represents the steps our clients take each day in their own journey in healing through the traumas they have experienced. Let our clients inspire you to run for health and run for healing. Become a member of TEAM C4K and know each dollar you fundraise goes directly helping a foster child have a happy and healthy future.

When you join TEAM C4K you have an opportunity to choose from three mileage options.

• Honda LA Marathon – 26.2 Miles from the historical Dodger stadium to breezy Santa Monica. ($155)
• 2 Person Relay – You and a partner each take on the Honda LA Marathon as a team effort. One runner runs the first 13.1 miles and the other finishes. This is the first time in history the LA Marathon has had this opportunity for runners.  Both runners will receive a special medal that fits together as one piece. ($125 each)
• LA 5K – 3 mile run/walk around Elysian park ending at the Dodger stadium. ($35)

• Sunday, March 18, 2012  -  Honda LA Marathon, 2 Person Marathon

 
How much does it cost to be a member of TEAM C4K?
 
Absolutely nothing! You will just pay for your Honda LA Marathon, 2 Person Relay or  LA5K registration fee.  It is important to note that as an Official Charity, Counseling4Kids receives no financial benefit from the LA Marathon Registration fees.
 
Each runner and walker participating in TEAM C4K is asked to raise a suggested amount of $500. Exciting incentives will be provided at various fundraising levels. Once you hit your $500 goal you will receive a full reimbursement for your race registration fee. We will help you along the way with a supportive training group Club 26.2, and all the high fives you need to keep you moving to your goal!
